I fully agree that "frivolous" lawsuits have to stop. But Bush's proposal for medical liability reform appears to be a free pass for really bad doctors and drug companies. But I guess Bush II has to move fast - before the victims of Vioxx and the greed of its makers and the culpability of the FDA is actually proven in a court of law. Which it will, one can only hope.
